I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason (or no reason at all).

I will only start work after payment is received.

If you cannot pay within a week of receiving the invoice, I will cancel your commission and re-open that commission slot.

Payment via PayPal only! (sorry for any inconvenience!)

No refunds! The only exception is if I cannot finish your request for some reason.

I create MIDIs from ear, so there may possibly be errors.

I complete my commissions on a first-come, first-serve basis! Please be patient!

Please provide an on-vocal version of the song you want a MIDI of! A link to the song on something like Youtube will suffice!

If you are getting an UST/VSQ(x)/SVP file created, please provide the lyrics to the song as well!

I will not provide tuning on any UST/VSQ(x)/SVP files!

I cannot currently provide UST files for songs in languagues other than Japanese! I can, however, provide VSQ(x)/SVP files in English!
